AMA Recap
February 2, 2026
Author:
Thanks to everyone who joined the AMA. Below is a short recap of what was discussed, straight from the conversation:
Speakers:
Afshin – Founder of ZipClash
Ivan – Founder of @revelcycom, supporting the token launch
👋 Opening
Ivan opened the session, welcomed everyone, and introduced Afshin, explaining that:
Ivan recently joined to support the token launch
Afshin is the founder and CEO of ZipClash
This was Afshin’s first direct Townhall with the community
Afshin explained that he had mostly stayed in the background before, with team members like Sakura and Blue being more visible, but:
It felt like the right time to step forward
Big plans and important announcements are coming
He wanted to speak directly to the community
🎮 Game status
Q: What’s been happening with the game in recent months?
Afshin:
ZipClash has been around for a few years
It started as a simple clicker game and evolved into a 3D game
Over the last ~6 months, most focus was on marketing and user acquisition
The team ran ~15 major partnerships, including a large campaign with Immutable
The goal was to test whether people enjoyed the game and to collect feedback
Now, the project is moving into the next stage, where:
Players can actually earn
Development continues alongside the token launch
Q: Why is the game currently under maintenance?
Afshin (very direct answer):
The original dev team is based in Iran
Due to the current situation there (internet shutdowns, unrest, safety issues), work became extremely difficult
The infrastructure is being moved out of Iran
This process is slow and complicated because of connectivity issues
Because of this:
The game went down
Progress slowed temporarily
No token launch will happen while the game is down
Ivan added:
The game comes first
A token will not launch if the game isn’t live and stable
Q: What’s changing with the dev setup?
Afshin:
Game infrastructure is being moved to Europe
A new dev team based in the Netherlands is coming onboard
This allows: In-person collaboration Faster communication More stability long-term
The goal is to have everything running again before the token launch.
🧩 Game features & roadmap
Q: What new features are coming to the game?
Afshin:
A real multiplayer experience is coming
Players will be able to: See each other Interact Compete directly
Planned additions include:
A central hub where players gather
Portals leading to different planets / levels
Each portal = a different game or experience
Leaderboards with competitive rewards
Some of this is already built. Target timeline: within the next ~6 months.
Q: How do rewards work? (Uber Eats / real-world value)
Afshin:
ZipClash allows players to convert points or tokens into Uber Eats gift cards
This is already technically integrated
After the token launch, this feature can be activated
The idea:
ZipClash is a casual farming game
You play on the bus, before sleep, or to kill time
Over time, you can earn enough to literally order food
This concept has been very well received so far.
🪙 Token launch (TGE)
Q: What are the plans for the token?
Afshin & Ivan (key points):
ZipClash is 100% self-funded
No VCs or outside money
This means:
The launch is for the community, and for the community only
OGs and early supporters will be able to enter at the lowest price
The token will launch via Pump.fun (Solana)
Before the public launch, there will be a community premarket
This will be done via Revelcy ( @revelcycom)
Conversations with centralised exchanges (e.g. MEXC) are ongoing, but nothing is promised
🎁 OGs, whitelist & airdrop
Q: Will there be an airdrop?
Ivan:
Yes — OGs will be rewarded
There will be: A whitelist An airdrop
OG roles already exist on Discord
Long-time community members and active players will be prioritised
The team will communicate directly with OGs to make sure they’re treated fairly
📅 Timing & expectations
Q: When is the launch?
Afshin:
Market conditions matter a lot
volume is the key signal
Best guess: ~3–4 weeks
But no promises
Ivan:
A warm-up period is needed: Collaborations Promotions KOL activity
📣 Communication going forward
Ivan:
One major lesson learned: communication matters
The team commits to: Clear updates Better transparency Being present in Discord
Community-first is not just words
🤝 How the community can help
Afshin:
Play the game actively once it’s back online
Level up and earn points/tokens
Engage with announcements: Like Comment Repost / react
Help bring attention so the launch is as strong as possible
❤️ Closing
Both Afshin and Ivan thanked the community for:
Staying engaged
Asking tough questions
Supporting the project during quieter periods
More AMAs and Townhalls are planned before launch.
See you there!
